The High Advisory Board is the highest advisory organ of YASED. All the former and existing Chairmen of the Board of Directors, Deputy Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, Treasurer, Members of the Board of Directors, and Auditors of the Association are members of the Advisory Board. The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the current term is also the chairman of the High Advisory Board. The High Advisory Board convenes at least once a year upon the call of the Chairman and discuss and resolve its issues. The resolutions adopted by the High Advisory Board are recommendatory to the Board of Directors.
Main duties of the High Advisory Board are:

(a) To analyze the general status and problems of the investment environment in Turkey, |

(b) To give advices in the preparation of the strategies in order to realize the purposes of the Association in the most appropriate manner, and |
|
(c) To examine the works of the Association and recommend the measures it deems required. |
