Report on “Non-Financial Reporting Standards for Companies Not Listed On The Stock Exchange”, which is prepared by YASED Corporate Governance Working Group and which is within the action plans of CCIIE’s Corporate Governance Technical Committee, can be found from this link. These reporting standards, prepared as based on TCC, German Standards (GAS 15), GRI Standards and the EU Directives, which also contain references to the best practices available, and set an example for the Annual Report provisions of Article 516 of the TCC as well.
