The Member Meetings, habitually organized with the objective to update members about the activities carried out during the preceding term and to exchange views with the members on the planned work, and thus to develop YASED’s priority agenda, were held twice in 2008. The first Member Meeting of the year was held on 28 May 2008 with the participation of President of the Investment Support and Promotion Agency, Alparslan Korkmaz. Before the Member Meeting, YASED Board came together with Alparslan Korkmaz at a special meeting, where investors’ problems were laid on the table.

The second Member Meeting of 2008 was held on 21 October. Chairman Tahir Uysal shared the information on the activities carried out by YASED in 2008 with the members, received members’ expectations and views, and answered their questions. The new members were introduced to the participants and and the meeting was followed by a luncheon.
