YASED’s Competition Seminar on “Competition Law, Competition Board Implementations, Investigation Procedures and Conflicts” Has Been Organized on January 10

YASED has organized Competition Seminar on January 10, 2007 when Assoc. Prof.  Dr. Nurkut İnan from Ankara University Faculty of Law and Prof. Dr. Metin Günday from Ankara University Faculty of Law Department of Administrative Law were the seminar speakers. Mr. İnan has evaluated Competition Board applications and Mr. Günday has approached the subject from the Administrative Law perspective.
