28th Founding Anniversary Gala Dinner - November 27, 2008

Our Association celebrated its 28th Founding Anniversary on Thursday, November 27th at Sait Halim Paşa Mansion in Istanbul. Demet Tuncer took stage on this special night, where YASED received celebration messages from many Cabinet Ministers and hosted the distinguished representatives of the business world, public institutions, NGOs and foreign missions.

In his welcome address, Chairman Tahir Uysal expressed his thanks to the 14 founders of the Association and disclosed the Internship Project of YASED’s Employment and Education Working Group. Uysal underlined the significance of experience-gaining of young generations on par with international standards for sharpening the country’s global competitive edge and explained that the subject project gave summer practice opportunity to more than 100 university students from Southeastern Turkey, thanks to the contributions of YASED member companies.
