YASED, with the cooperation of KOSGEB İstanbul IMES (İstanbul Business Development Center), has organized a meeting on the subject of "Mergers & Acquisitions with Foreign Capital Companies for SMEs” on May 13, 2009.

Following the presentation made by Mustafa Alper, Secretary General of YASED, on the subject of  "Foreign Direct Investments and Cooperation Possibilities”, one of the member companies’ of YASED, FESTO San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Legal Advisor Mrs. Lale Bauer shared the information and her experiences on M&A and cooperation possibilities for SMEs. As a success story, Dr. Nihat Tanfer, CEO of Tanco Sağlık Ürünleri A.Ş., shared his knowledge and experiences on the subject of “Process of transition to M&A and its positive effects on the company”.
