YASED has organized a roadshow to Izmir on April 8, 2008 with the cooperation of Agean Region Chamber of Industry.

The program on "Foreign Direct Investments and Cooperation Possibilities" started with the opening speech of the Chairman of Agean Region Chamber of Industry Tamer Taskin and YASED Secretary General Mustafa Alper made a presentation on "Foreign Investments in Turkey, Contributions to the Economy and Works for the Improvement of the Investment Environment". Former YASED Board Member and General Manager of FESTO San. ve Tic. A.S. Mr. Otto Bauer and FESTO San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. Legal Advisor Mrs. Lale Bauer made a presentation on "Foreign Investments, Cooperation Possibilities and Implications for SMEs". Finally, the Chairman of Tiryakiler Group of Companies Mr. Mehmet Tiryaki shared his experiences in his presentation "A Local View of Foreign Partnerships".
